Hi! My name is Danielle. I discovered my passion for creating art with cake during the pandemic and haven’t stopped! I teach math full time at McQueen High School and bake when I am home. The two careers are good compliments. I love the energy of working with students and the creativity I get when baking.

I started baking at an early age, but when my mom gave me a cake decorating kit after I had my first child, I fell in love with making custom cakes for my kid’s birthdays. After a lot of encouragement from family and friends, I started Silver State Bakery in 2020. I love baking and creating art with food. For now this is a part time experience so my order capacity is small, but that means each cake will get a personalized touch. Order early before my availability fills up!

This is a cottage kitchen with custom orders only. I do not have a store front.

I offer delivery starting at $25 when available. Pick up is also available.
